Angus Asbestos Removal was formed in 2003 and became the first UK Asbestos Removal Company to be registered in the United Arab Emirates.
We are a licensed Asbestos Waste Carrier and are Supreme Petroleum Council Oil & Gas Approved. We are a pre-qualified contractor with all oil and gas companies in the UAE including ADNOC, GASCO, TAKREER, ADCO, ADOC, TOTAL and BP.
We have received the Guinness World Record for the Demolition Works carried out at Meena Plaza Towers, the world’s tallest building to be demolished using explosives’ (controlled demolition) in 2020.
About 125 million people in the world are exposed to asbestos at the workplace 20,000 people die each year from asbestos related lung cancer worldwide. Currently there is no cure for asbestos cancer. Asbestos has been used in the Middle East since 1960s. Asbestos material is still prevalent in the UAE despite government ban in 2006.
